poor air conditioning water leakage
the air conditioning was terrible it barely worked i set it to the lowest temperature but the room stayed hot this made sleeping really difficult the bathroom had some issues too water leaked after showers it went all over the floor i had to use extra towels to clean it up this was a constant problem

varied breakfast really good support close location
The hotel offered a varied breakfast selection each morning. The front desk staff, Yusuf and Resul, provided really good support to me. The location was quite close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.
The air conditioning in my room did not work as efficiently as expected.

the breakfast was tasty with variety. the hotel stored my luggage without a charge before my departure for the airport.

excellent location helpful staff healthy options
The hotel's location is excellent. It is close to many tourist attractions. I found the staff really nice and helpful (they always greeted me with a smile). Breakfast offered multiple healthy options.
The room was quite noisy. There was an access door right outside, (it was not ideal). a restaurant kitchen above.

helpful staff spacious room delicious breakfast
the staff helped me book a bosphorus cruise, great. the room was spacious and very clean. the hotel parking worked well, i just left my keys at the reception. the breakfast was amazing!!! turkish chai was especially good.
the air conditioning needed maintenance as the room remained warm, despite the thermostat being set low.
